The Land of Holly and Hawthorn is a fragment of the planet Renmark, created when Guthix inadvertently shattered the planet with The Blade. It exists on the borders of The Land of Snow and The Land of Sunlight, where the Queen of Snow and Queen of Sunrise battle and pass on the Year at the Spring and Autumn Equinox. It is the location of the 2011 Easter Event, and currently has no other purpose.

- The swirl of the Queens of Snow/Sunlight meeting could be a reference to the yin-yang taijitu of Taoism, representing complimentary forces in the world.
