FAQ • doc |
The khopesh of the Kharidian is a tier 82 main hand melee weapon, dropped by monsters in the Sophanem Slayer Dungeon. Any monster in the dungeon has a 1/15,000 chance to drop this weapon, but the chance is increased to 1/8,000 if on a slayer task.
The weapon can be blessed with the Blessing of the Sea, Blessing of the Sky, and Blessing of the Sand (all of which are formed from scraps of scripture dropped by The Magister boss) to form the ornate Khopesh of Tumeken, a tier 92 main hand melee weapon.
It degrades over 60,000 charges of combat to a broken state. It can be repaired by a Repair NPC for 2,200,000 coins, or for less on an armour stand.
Due to its low price and high repair costs, it may be cheaper to cast High Level Alchemy on it or Disassemble it and buy a new one rather than repair it.
It cannot be augmented.

Repair cost[edit | edit source]
This item costs at most 2,200,000 coins to repair completely. The repair cost is precisely calculated by the degradation percentage (i.e. with 75% charge remaining, a full repair would only cost 550,000 coins). It may be repaired through a variety of methods.
NPCs[edit source]
These methods cost more as they do not consider player's Smithing level for a repair discount.
- Bob - the axe seller in Lumbridge
- Tindel Marchant - the weapon and armour repairman at Port Khazard
- Dunstan - the smith in Burthorpe
- Squire - in the workshop area of the Void Knights' Outpost
Improved methods[edit source]
These methods provide a repair cost discount of 0.5% per Smithing level (including boosts).
- An armour stand in a player-owned house
- A whetstone which can be used anywhere
- The item repair ability of a legendary pet can be used once per hour
