FAQ • doc |
The khopesh of Tumeken is a main hand melee weapon that requires level 92 Attack to wield, and is the third strongest one-handed melee weapon in the game outside of Daemonheim. It can be augmented with an augmentor to create the augmented khopesh of Tumeken.
The weapon is created by blessing a khopesh of the Kharidian with the Blessing of the Sea, the Blessing of the Sky, and the Blessing of the Sand, requiring level 92 Crafting. The khopesh of the Kharidian can be obtained as a very rare drop from corrupted creatures or soul devourers found in the Sophanem Slayer Dungeon. The three blessings can be crafted from 100 scraps of scripture each, which are obtained from phylactery dropped exclusively by The Magister.
The khopesh degrades to a broken state over 60,000 charges of combat. It can be repaired by a Repair NPC for 3,200,000 coins, or for cheaper at an armour stand.

Repair cost[edit | edit source]
This item costs at most 3,200,000 coins to repair completely. The repair cost is precisely calculated by the degradation percentage (i.e. with 75% charge remaining, a full repair would only cost 800,000 coins). It may be repaired through a variety of methods.
NPCs[edit source]
These methods cost more as they do not consider player's Smithing level for a repair discount.
- Bob - the axe seller in Lumbridge
- Tindel Marchant - the weapon and armour repairman at Port Khazard
- Dunstan - the smith in Burthorpe
- Squire - in the workshop area of the Void Knights' Outpost
Improved methods[edit source]
These methods provide a repair cost discount of 0.5% per Smithing level (including boosts).
- An armour stand in a player-owned house
- A whetstone which can be used anywhere
- The item repair ability of a legendary pet can be used once per hour

Dyed[edit | edit source]
The khopesh of Tumeken can be recoloured with dyes from Treasure Trails for purely cosmetic purposes. A warning message is given when attempting to dye a plain khopesh of Tumeken.
Once the dye is applied, the khopesh of Tumeken becomes permanently untradable.
