The keg theft is an activity in NovtumberFest. It appears as one of the random events with Gunther when he ends up east of Falador. This activity yields Thieving experience.

During the activity, Gunther asks the player to return the kegs that an ogre has stole from him. This activity is played the same as the real-world children's game statues (or "red light, green light"). Players must walk toward the ogre and the kegs while he is not looking at you, and stop when he is. The ogre says huh? when he is about to randomly turn around. If they fail to stop early enough, the ogre says THIS MY BEER!, and the player is forced to flee back to the beginning of the track. There is only about 0.6 seconds to react to the ogre turning around, and the ogre spends about 1.8 seconds turned around. Succeeding in reaching the kegs rewards 833.6 experience at level 99 Thieving. It is possible to reach the kegs once per about 14.4 seconds if the ogre doesn't happen to turn around.

There is a confirmation prompt about gaining Thieving experience before starting the activity that can be toggled off permanently.
