For this item's augmented variant, see augmented kalphite repriser.

The kalphite repriser is the most powerful repriser in the game, and requires level 90 Ranged and 90 Defence to equip. It can be created by combining perfect chitin with a new or fully-repaired off-hand ascension crossbow. Like all reprisers, it allows the use of both dual-wielding and shield abilities, and provides a 3% accuracy boost. It also has a 1/15 chance to deflect a hit, reducing it by 50%-100% damage and providing +20% accuracy for the next attack.

All reprisers have style and defence bonuses equal to half of their tier, which means the Kalphite repriser has a tier-45 attack and defence rating.

The repriser will degrade to a broken state after 100,000 charges of combat. It can be fixed by Repair NPCs, or at an armour stand in a player-owned house. A full repair, without discounts, costs 1,500,000 coins. Upon death in the Wilderness, the defender is converted to 200,000 coins.

Repair cost[edit | edit source]

The Kalphite repriser at most, costs 1,500,000 coins to repair completely. The repair cost is precisely calculated by the degradation percentage (i.e. with 75% charge remaining, a full repair would only cost 375,000 coins). It may be repaired through a variety of methods.

With an NPC[edit source]

These less preferred methods cost more as they do not consider one's Smithing level for a repair discount.

Alternate methods[edit source]

These preferred methods provide a repair cost discount of 0.5% per Smithing level (including boosts).
