Juilet's head is a severed head that may be found within Zemouregal's palace in New Varrock during Dimension of Disaster. It formerly belonged to Juliet, and is found alongside the heads of her lover Romeo, in addition to Dororan.

Using a cadava potion on her (at Dororan's request) will put her and Romeo to sleep, completing one of the New Varrock Tasks.
