Is This a Bad Time? is an achievement that requires the player to contact a man who is on the toilet with the random option of the NPC Contact spell. It may be necessary to cast the spell multiple times to get this conversation. The player must go through the full dialogue to receive the achievement.
The conversation goes as follows:
Man: Excuse me!
Player: Oh sorry, what did I do?
Man: Can't you see I'm on the toilet?
Player: Wait a minute... a toilet?
Man: Yeah. A toilet.
Player: Riiiiight. Oh man remember to wash your hands.
Man: Get over it.
