Ican Haz is a mage featured in the Vengeance Fremennik saga. He cannot be controlled by the character in the first part of the saga. In the second part, he is killed by the player playing as the poisoned Forgotten Warrior. He is combat level 105 when fought, and drops two giant flatfish as well as his ring. He wields a thigat staff, and wears an Ectorobe top, an Ectorobe bottom, a pair of Ecto gloves, and a pair of Ecto boots.
Ican is muted. As such, he can only use Quick Chat, which he constantly reminds his fellow party members of, to the annoyance of Lola Wut. If talked to in the starting room, he will suggest he broke the rules on the official forums.
In the saga[edit | edit source]
In the first room of the dungeon, the group encounters four Forgotten Warriors. Believing them all to be monsters like any other, the group slays them all and moves on. Unbeknownst to them, the Forgotten Warriors are not insane monsters, but are sane people just like them under their armour. One of these Warriors, who is simply referred to as "Warrior" or "The Forgotten Warrior" by the game, manages to survive the attack, albeit poisoned, and she sees that her brother Taevas, another Warrior, was killed in the attack by Ican and the rest of the human group.
Ican Haz is met once again by The Forgotten Warrior in a room similar to a ramokee's room. Although poisoned, the Forgotten Warrior manages to slay Ican in battle and steals his Ring of kinship so that he may not resurrect in the starting room. If the Forgotten Warrior is noble, she will fight Ican in hand-to-hand combat without any special tricks. If she is ruthless, she will pull a lever in the room which cause many skeletons to appear and quickly take out Ican.
Update history[edit | edit source]
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- His name parodies the "Lolcats" meme in which a cat asks "I can haz cheezburger?" As with the other characters, he fulfils his name's trope by stealing all the food in the starting room. He also continuously talks about eating.
