Holy overload potion detail.png

The holy overload potion is a six-dose combination potion that can be made at level 97 Herblore after buying the recipe for 700,000 coins from Lady Meilyr (you do not need to find this recipe in Daemonheim). It is made by combining an overload (4) with a prayer renewal (4) in a crystal flask, giving 350 experience.

A dose of holy overload combines the effects of both an overload and prayer renewal. It boosts Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, and Magic by 15% of the stat level + 3 while also restoring prayer points at a constant rate for 6 minutes. Much like a normal overload, the combat skill boosts will reapply every 15 seconds.

This can be a highly economical combination potion to make. Each flask gives 6 doses with an input of 4 doses of each potion, and there are few situations where one would want overload but not prayer renewal. Using holy overloads also cuts the inventory space needed in half. Each flask lasts for 36 minutes total, so plan accordingly.

Holy Overload potions are required in the creation of the Blessed flask.
