Hoarding

From the RuneScape Wiki, the wiki for all things RuneScape

Hoarding is an Invention perk that causes the Protect Item prayer and curse to protect two items instead of one. It can be created in weapon, armour, and tool gizmos.

This perk's effect does not stack with a sign or portent of item protection since it reaches the cap of 5 protected items with Protect Item alone.

It should be noted that Hoarding does not work in PvP areas.
