Opal bracelet detail.png

A headhunter's sacrifice is made by enchanting an opal bracelet with the Lvl-1 Enchant spell. While wearing the bracelet, there is a chance that a kill on a slayer task will count as two kills, granting no additional experience. It holds 25 charges, and charges are used only when the effect occurs.

Using this on a slayer task will not reduce the amount of slayer points earned upon completion of the task. It also does not reduce the potential gain for completing a Slayer Bounty task with an eligible bounty emblem. It is primarily useful for shortening undesirable tasks. Its opposite counterpart is the Headhunter's thrill, made from red topaz.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • This item is called the expeditious bracelet in Old School RuneScape.
  • Unlike its Old School RuneScape version, charges for the headhunter's sacrifice are tracked by item than by player.
