Gustaf Joannhes[sic] was a sailor aboard the Glory of Zaros, a vessel lost to the Cursed Archipelago during the Second Age. He was interred in Nabor's asylum, where he suffered haphephobia and constant outcries of the attack on the ship and of Xau-Tak. His left leg and right foot were missing after he was recovered.
Sliske takes note of his advanced psychosis in the book Death at Sea, where Gustaf first mentions the world guardian's name years before they would be born.[source needed]
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- He is named after Gustaf Johansen, a sailor who discovers the lost city of R'lyeh in the H.P. Lovecraft story The Call of Cthulhu.
