Greenfingers aura detail.png

Greenfingers is a tier 1 aura that can be bought from the Loyalty Programme Shop for 5,000 Membership Loyalty Points. While this aura is active, Farming crops are immune to disease. The aura also provides a 3% chance of increased crop yields, no experience will be gained for the extra crop however.

It is activated for 20 minutes and has a recharge time of 1 hour. Unlike most other auras, the timer will continue to run out while logged out.

Crops have the possibility of becoming diseased at the end of each growing cycle. The number and length of growing cycles varies with each crop. For example, herbs grow in 4 cycles of 20 minutes each, providing at least 4 opportunities for the crop to become diseased. Therefore, this aura can prevent disease in one of those cycles for each crop, but cannot prevent disease completely. Patches that cannot be protected from disease by a gardener will be protected by the aura and will also say "Your Greenfingers aura is looking after this for you".

Greenfingers can be upgraded to the greater greenfingers aura for 16,000 Loyalty points.

Update history[edit | edit source]

This information has been compiled as part of the update history project. Some updates may not be included—see here for how to help out!
  • patch 4 February 2019 (Update):
    • It is now possible to use a herb protector on a herb patch whilst having a greenfingers aura active.
  • patch 7 February 2012 (Update):
    • Picking herbs with the Greenfingers aura active now gives a feedback message when the effect causes the player to gain an extra herb.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The tier one version was released with the Loyalty Programme with a discount: it was on sale for 400 points instead of 5,000.
  • Formerly patches that could not be protected from disease by a gardener but which were protected from disease by the aura would have the examine "A nearby gardener is looking after this patch for you" despite the fact that the patch could not be looked after by a gardener. This has since been fixed.
  • The aura's perk of increased crop yields stacks with both the Giant Ent familiar's ability to yield additional produce, as well as the Bountiful Harvest upgrade from Sydekix's Shop of Balance. This is true for every tier of the aura.
