Golden touch sigil was removed after an update.

The golden touch sigil was a sigil made by combining 1,000 vital sparks.

On 19 August 2019, the sigil slot was removed and all sigils were refunded (sometimes partially). The golden touch sigil was refunded 1 vital spark per charge remaining on the sigil (thus a fully charged sigil was fully refunded), and the item itself had all functionality removed (should one somehow still be owned). The sigil was replaced with the Golden Touch ability.

Historical information[edit | edit source]

The sigil begins with a maximum of 1,000 charges. It can be recharged with 1 vital spark per charge, which would be around 238,875 coins according to the current Grand Exchange price. The effect of the sigil is that all drops under a player's lootbeam value will be high-alched for the next 60 seconds. This effect has a 2 minute cooldown.

Based on the GE prices of vital sparks, a golden touch sigil would cost 238,875,000 to create.
