Gold idol head can no longer be obtained in RuneScape after an update but still exists in-game for those who had done so.

The gold idol head was a common reward from the Squeal of Fortune, but can only be obtained as a member. They were part of the Grinning idol promotion. Combined with the body, arms and legs, it would grant experience in the Cooking, Firemaking, Hunter, Slayer, Strength and Divination skills.
