Glouron is a gnome watching over the Spirit Tree in the Crwys Clan district in Prifddinas. Hailing from Arposandra, he also has a little bit of info pertaining to the plans and objectives of the rogue gnomish city. He claims to be there to mend relations with the elves after the Iorwerth Clan were falsely claiming they were responsible for the Plague of West Ardougne.

After completion of The Prisoner of Glouphrie, he teaches players with level 89 Farming the ability to plant a third spirit tree (boosts cannot be used). Doing so will complete the Power of Three Spirits achievement. Upon growing all four spirit trees, he will reward the player with a Farming experience lamp which grants 50,000 experience.

Trivia

• As his examine text implies, he looks strikingly similar to the main antagonists of the Gnome quest series; Glough, Glouphrie and Glouck.
• He mentions that Lord Crwys gives him the "heebie-jeebies" due to him looking longingly at the sun for long periods of time. This is a reference to Solaire from the game Dark Souls, a fanatical devotee of sun worship.
