A gleaelg is the most common charm sprite that can be hunted at level 72 Hunter at the area south-west of the Tree Gnome Stronghold. It gives the least experience of the three different sprites. It can be recognised by its yellow trail of smoke. The other sprites are: a more uncommon tranart and the rarest of the three, slithtils.

A gleaelg appears alone, together with a tranart, or together with both the tranart and the slithtils. The player will need quick reactions to catch all 3 sprites if they appear together because they are fast and often head in different directions away from the player.
