The ghostly druid outfit can be made with 600 ghostweave which could be obtained between 24 October 2014 0:00 UTC to 3 November 23:59 UTC from Treasure Hunter, skilling, or killing monsters. Players could trick or treat some men and women while wearing the complete outfit to earn titles and chocolates. From 25 October 2017 0:00 UTC to 30 October 2017 23:59 UTC, this outfit could be obtained again as ghostweave returned to Treasure Hunter. This outfit cannot be stored in a Player-owned house, but can be destroyed and re-obtained through Iffie in Varrock, Diango in Draynor Village, or Ianto in Prifddinas by the holiday portal.
