A ghost can be found in the Lumbridge Swamp near the entrance to the water altar during the 2020 Hallowe'en event. He works with the player to create an anti-blight potion to counteract Famine's blight potion. He asks the player to find his ghostly brothers and to ask them for help as he does not remember the exact details on how to create the potion.

After completing Pestilence's task in the event, three ghosts also appear at the Draynor Manor courtyard shouting instructions next to the cauldron. They are presumably the Mocking Spirit, the Mischievous Ghost, and the Grinning Spectre, who have arrived to help Pestilence in creating his soup.
