I didn't know where to put this, so if it's in the wrong place, please tell me. Anyways, what happened to the recent changes box? It hasn't gone, it's just... changed. A lot. It really stands out from the rest of the wiki, and just isn't exactly right. C:> CD Dosdummy 20:46, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Everything looks the same to me. OMG! What's different? Andrew talk 20:47, November 4, 2009 (UTC) --Iiii I I I 20:48, November 4, 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, I dislike it. (and I usually like changes.) 20:56, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Changes... I wish this was part of the Monaco-sidebar/Monaco-toolbar so I wouldn't need to see this unnecessary change. If it is possible to request it being changed, I would applaud that. It also looks like an extension of the terrible "My Home" page, my reason for disliking this change. Ryan PM 21:41, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

The changes are being discussed on central [[w:User_blog:Kirkburn/Finding_the_latest_activity_on_your_wiki_just_got_simpler!|here]]. I suggest that if you want to get it changed back, go to there. ~MuzTalk 21:54, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Comment - I've personally always had this widget, and the language box widget, hidden via CSS. If anyone's interested, here's the code:

/* Hide some widgets. */
.community_details, .WidgetCommunity, .WidgetLanguages {
	display: none;

This code can be added at the end of Special:MyPage/monaco.css. You'll still have to bug Wikia if you want to get the original widget back. --Quarenon  Talk 22:32, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Actually, out of curiosity, do most of you guys use Monaco? (Am I the only one using Monobook? :P) Butterman62 (talk) 23:16, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Used to use Quartz, but Wikia broke the coding and then removed it, been using Monaco ever since.-- 23:57, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

I haven't got a problem with it. It looks better, in fact. --

I dislike it a little. It stands out a bit too much, now that I look at it. But didn't notice it beforehand. Also Butterman, I use to always use Monobook and was strongly against the new skins; I liked keeping it clean, simple and like other wikis. But I switched to Monobook, as I couldn't participate or help out in discussions about new features, skins, css etc. And I wanted to keep with the times Lol Cheers, Chicken7 >talk 05:58, November 5, 2009 (UTC)

I hate it. It actually puts you on Special:MyHome instead of Special:RecentChanges. I find the RC much easier to use than My home. Ancient talisman.png Oil4 Talk 06:44, November 5, 2009 (UTC)

Well anyways, can someone - CHANGE IT BACK!!! IT BURNS! THE OLD ONE WAS BETTER!!!! *Cough Cough*. The one Iiii I I I showed really isn't nice :/. C:> CD Dosdummy

I don't like it that much either, but is it really that big of a deal? A change back would be good, but I don't think it's that important. But the more I look at it the more I dislike it... 20px‎ Kudos 2 U Talk! Edit count! Contribs! 20:59, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

Discussion Closed - No significant commentary has happened for more than 30 days and there is really nothing to decide here. The problem seems to have been resolved that started this discussion. I'm simply moving this to the archives as resolved. --Robert Horning 16:52, December 10, 2009 (UTC)
