Put short, it's apparently trying to display every notice's "Hide/Dismiss" option from May 27, 2009. Every half-second, it adds another copy of said option(s), and if I could screenshot it on the Wii, I would. Is anyone else getting a similar problem? It's showing 60+ Hide/Dismisses now...and more are appearing as I type! 7kyt1iT.gif --WINE OF GOOD HEALTH (Actually Stinko) 21:01, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Seems to be fine on my iMac. :O --Iiii I I I 21:03, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

It's happening to me now. And my Quick Preview button disappeared. FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU- --Iiii I I I 21:31, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Same, no problems on my pc. --Aburnett(Talk) 21:04, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Nothing wrong here. --LiquidTalk 21:04, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

No issues with me. --Andorin (Talk) (Contribs) 21:08, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Fine on my windows xp sig1.png Spam me w/ lolcatsPottery statuette detail.png Is <insert name here> awesome? I don't know, let me check... 21:10, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Try force-refreshing. (not sure how to on the Wii...) ⁓ Hello71 21:25, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Not sure if this is the same thing but here is what's happening to me. --KgnomesTalk 21:26, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

It's not just the site notice. I got the same with the "Old Men" category on the Weird Old Man page, and the slayer category on any slayer monster page. Even the buttons for redirect through insert picture gallery are repeating a little, when editing pages. I think it's a site-wide show/hide brokenness. Okay, who let the Chaos Elemental do the database fixing?

Comment - MediaWiki:Sitenotice id is outdated. This is the most likely your cause of interruption. Ryan PM 21:33, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

How is it outdated? --Aburnett(Talk) 21:40, April 21, 2010 (UTC)
Look at the last entry, it's supposed to add a number for every edit to MediaWiki:Sitenotice which has failed to be done. Ryan PM 21:42, April 21, 2010 (UTC)
Sitenotice id is only updated when an admin wants the sitenotice to appear again for all users. It's not a problem if sitenotice receives a small edit and sitenotice id is not updated. --Aburnett(Talk) 21:45, April 21, 2010 (UTC)
Ah, I misunderstood. Thanks. Ryan PM 21:54, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Hmm, that's not happening to me on the SiteNotice, but it is happening to me with the show link on 3i+1's talk page. --LiquidTalk 21:33, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Comment - Only Monaco is affected, so far Quartz, Monobook, Chick, Wikiaphone, and Modern are unaffected. Also, #siteNotice {display:none} prevents sitenotice. Ryan PM 21:42, April 21, 2010 (UTC)
Monobook is now suffering (those edit buttons on the top (#R, B, I) from what appears to be server/host error. Ryan PM 21:54, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Okay, it happens to me on all templates such as Template:Staff. I've disabled JS to avoid the epic lag that follows, but I'm stuck using the "old" editor for now. :( -- --KgnomesTalk 21:39, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

All your javascript are belong to us. Sorry I had to... --Aburnett(Talk) 21:41, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Our association with Jagex is causing this... >_> --Iiii I I I 21:43, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Comment - I'm working on this right now. --Quarenon  Talk 21:53, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

No problems for me using Vista and Opera 10.51 (seems its usual incompatibility with stoof is working in my favour for once =D). Quest.png Gaz Lloyd 7:^]Events!99s 22:01, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Fixed - This problem was caused by a bug in the sitewide JavaScript that caused the script to recursively load itself. The problem has been corrected. If you are still affected please force-refresh your browser. --Quarenon  Talk 22:17, April 21, 2010 (UTC)

Closed - If you are still having problems, follow the recommendations above or leave a message on RS:AR. --Aburnett(Talk) 00:47, April 22, 2010 (UTC)
