I think there should be a place where people can provide feedback for the wiki. I searched for it, and the closest thing i found was [[RuneScape:Survey|this survey]]. As this is not on everyday, and the RuneScape:Feedback would, that page would be the place for people to provide feedback. Feedback is essential for any site. Because we allow every non-vandal to edit here, we let them do quite a lot themselves, but they can't do things like images, or maybe don't know things like background info. At the RuneScape:Feedback page, they would have the ability to recommend things that need images, background info etc. Commenting on the respective talk page would not be a very good idea, because that is not often checked. And because most times only regular contributors know of {{Comment}}, they will probably not use it and never get the answer. What i propose is that it should look like this [[w:c:Joeytje50:Feedback]].

Strong support - As nom. I think it would be very useful to have outside views and opinions. JOEYTJE50TALKpull my finger 12:51, November 7, 2010 (UTC)

Comment - There is something similar that I set up at Template:Poll. I think not many people will be interested in doing this for small things such as "Wood Dryad needs a new picture." We can do this for larger things like what to focus on to make the wiki better (as we've done for the current poll). Also, this entire thing seems rather bureaucratic when there's no problem with putting it on the talk page, which people do usually notice. ʞooɔ 20:01, November 7, 2010 (UTC)

But then people have to go to the talk page every time. What i am trying to reach with this project page, is that people suggest things like "you need to update the faces faster" or "you should make more calcs like the ... category, and of course i am suggesting things that are already known, but i think that if we open this page, it would give new looks on the subjects, which is always helpful for any site. So for us it is useful too. JOEYTJE50TALKpull my finger 11:25, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

Weak Oppose/Mini-Proposal (yes, already) - It's a good idea, but I think it would be better to have a survey of the overall site, with a "Post your other comments here" box at the end. Real Mad 15:48, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

Nice idea, but i think the "sponsored links" section scares anons from the bottom of pages, and as they are the people we will be trying to reach, i don't think this is ideal. Maybe we could use something of your proposal though(maybe on the sides of the pages? They are emptyness for most people anyway). JOEYTJE50TALKpull my finger 20:57, November 10, 2010 (UTC)

Notice of intent - Unless some kind of discussion starts here, this will be closed. --LiquidTalk 02:28, November 20, 2010 (UTC)

Support and comment - Should help us to understand what we need to improve on better. Though this is a very big target for spam. Matt (t) 03:06, November 20, 2010 (UTC)

Comment - How does a test-run sound? :3 - [Pharos] 06:01, November 20, 2010 (UTC)

You mean having the page running for a little bit and seeing what happens? Matt (t) 21:14, November 20, 2010 (UTC)
Yup. Just to see what kind of feedback/spam we get back - [Pharos] iPhone Edit 23:45, November 20, 2010 (UTC)

First: please place them at the bottom. Second: it didn't die. 3 days ago for the last comment other than mine is not a dead discussion. Thanks. JOEYTJE50TALKpull my finger 15:22, November 26, 2010 (UTC)

Suupport test run - Per Pharos. Matt (t) 01:27, November 21, 2010 (UTC)

Suupport test run - Per Matthew. JOEYTJE50TALKpull my finger 21:22, November 21, 2010 (UTC)

Oppose for a few weeks at least. There is already a consultation (albeit poorly implemented) going on at the moment and you dont want to introduce survey fatigue to put people off repling. --Gold ore.png Mercifull UK serv.svg (Talk) 10:54, November 23, 2010 (UTC)

Oppose for now - Per Mercifull. One feedback thing is enough for now. The survey will be over in two weeks. ʞooɔ 12:05, November 23, 2010 (UTC)

Comment - can't we close this for say, 3 weeks, and then continue after the survey?
If we want it to auto-come back in the regular forum list we could place the following on the top of the page:| |

{{#ifexpr:({{Duration||Day=26|Month=11|Year=2010}}>21)=1|{{Forumheader|Yew Grove}}|{{Forumheader|Yew Grove|archive=true}}}}

We will probably foret it otherwise... JOEYTJE50TALKpull my finger 10:24, November 26, 2010 (UTC) {{Closure|Please temporary close this thread for 3 weeks using the code above. I think it has more chance after the survey.}} JOEYTJE50TALKpull my finger 15:22, November 26, 2010 (UTC)

Temporarily closed - Proposer request. --LiquidTalk 17:05, November 26, 2010 (UTC)

Comment - I think we would really have a benefit of a feedback page, as people might want it, and they are free to add it, but they just can't because not everyone is good at wikicodes, or working with a wiki. RS:Feedback would be the place for requests things like these. JOEYTJE50TALKpull my finger 11:11, December 28, 2010 (UTC)

Notice of intent - Unless more discussion occurs, I will close this as no consensus. While most individuals are on board with the general idea, the details are very important in this case and must be agreed upon. --LiquidTalk 04:05, January 7, 2011 (UTC)

Closed - It's been one week since my previous notice of intent, and no discussion has occurred. Given the fact that there is no clear or rough consensus present, and the fact that an analogous discussion is going on at Forum:Comments Section?, this proposal will be closed. --LiquidTalk 22:55, January 14, 2011 (UTC)
