The List of Quest Release Dates Order has gotten off track with all of Jagex Quest updates, removal of tutorial, and such. I wanted to suggest simply removing that column from the list.--Deltaslug (talk) 06:01, March 3, 2013 (UTC)

Comment - You know you can put it back on track by editing, right? Blaze_fire.png12.png 08:26, March 6, 2013 (UTC)

That's a probable solution, but it's not the ideal one. Sometime later this year, Jagex's going to release a quest for Sir Owen, which is supposed to replace The Knight's Sword, throwing the order off again. Alchez 10:36, March 6, 2013 (UTC)

Comment - As we're an encyclopedia it would make more sense to me to list the quests in the order they were released in. When a replacement quest is released it takes the next number as if it were a new quest, regardless of whether it is a quest revamp or replaced a quest that has been removed. It is going to become increasingly difficult to maintain whatever number Jagex assign to their quests with new ones replacing old ones so we should just pick a method and use it. Call it official quest number an unofficial if you like. cqm 11:42, 6 Mar 2013 (UTC) (UTC)

This request for closure is complete A user has requested closure for Remove 'quest order' from list of quests. Request complete. The reason given was: It's fixed now. Due to removal of quests, practically nothing has its own release number anymore (RfD is 91th quest), but the total amount is correct. That's what we wanted, apparently.

Closed - Quests that have been removed no longer have a number on the list. As such, the column is now correct. There is a note on the page explaining this What I've done Ciphrius Kane Talk 20:01, March 10, 2013 (UTC)
