my idea is that instead of saying just yes we should include what quest it is to help people out 66.203.169.2 02:54, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

It already says that in the articles so I don't see what the point of this is. Andrew talk 03:03, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
We do that already, unless you mean name ALL the quest that an item was used in. Santa hat.png Powers38 おはようヾ(´・ω・`) 03:08, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
If this refers to the Quest field of item infoboxes then I agree that the name of the relevant quest should be listed (at least for items only used in one quest), and you should correct these on sight. There is a closely related discussion underway at Forum:Quest item irregularities too.  :-) Leevclarke talk Max_logo_mini.png bulldog_puppy.png 08:37, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
Comment not sure if I support this, but wouldn't it be better to mention the quest series the item was used in if it was used in more than one quest --Serenity1137 08:59, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
Comment I really have no idea what this means. Quest name after yes? What do you mean after yes, what article, huh? Someone help me understand? --Quest point cape.pngLil Diriz 77 Talk Summoning-icon.png 21:05, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
In the item infobox, it says "Quest item?". The question here is, should the name of the quest be put there, or just "yes". Ancient talisman.png Oil4 Talk 21:10, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

Comment - Just like Andrew said, it is (most of the time) already mentioned in an article, so I don't think it's needed. Miasmic Blitz icon.png Hapi007 Talk! Sign! . 11:08, 26 June 2009 (UTC)

It absolutely should be in the body of the article if an item is used in at least one quest, but it should also be in the infobox (which is a really a summary of an item's properties), assuming that the item is only used in one quest. If it's more than one then the infobox would become crowded if we tried to list them all. In this case, it could say something like "Yes - various (see article)". Comment/Supportwhat about for more common uses whos primary use is not for quests? This sounds like a decent idea, then the user would not have to read through an article to find its use. I mean we have most of the infobox field empty anyway, why not include a little more information? Cap and goggles.pngTEbuddy 06:35, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
