I use a dark background and I can see that the monster pics on the pest control page are surrounded by white. I was wondering if it was OK to edit them, since they are from the game guide. LordDarkPhantom 13:03, November 15, 2009 (UTC)

It's usually preferrable to get the pictures in-game, and then add transparency in order for the monster to be the focus of the image. But I would agree that spinners might have to have a darker background to be seen at all. Now that's a throwing weapon!Doucher4000******r4000I'll eat you! 15:08, November 15, 2009 (UTC)

Lol what i need to know is that would it be OK to edit them and then upload them without the white outline? If you used the Gaming background, the white outline is very visible LordDarkPhantom 15:13, November 15, 2009 (UTC)

Yes, be bold, and improve upon the images. I'm sure other people using the gaming background are seeing the same problem. Air rune.png Tollerach hates SoF Fire rune.png 20:24, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
I think the (indirect) problem is that they are being copied from the Game Guide aka Knowledge Base. Hello71 22:24, November 15, 2009 (UTC)

KK ty Tollerach - I just wanted to know if it was possible to edit them since they were from the Game Guide . Im gonna edit them when I have the time ;P LordDarkPhantom 16:06, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

Oh, I see what you're getting at. If the images came from the game guide, I think we may not be able to edit them due to copyright issues (I'm not sure on this one). It is preferable for us to take screenshots from in game and we can add transparency to them after that. Hope this helps. Air rune.png Tollerach hates SoF Fire rune.png 02:11, November 18, 2009 (UTC)
Ah OK, well ty. LordDarkPhantom 16:00, November 18, 2009 (UTC)
