Hi All You will have seen the skin changes on Wikia, and hopefully have read the page about it at Wikia's New Style on Central Wikia. If not, I hope you'll have a look, One of the changes is a block of two ads on each main page. It's possible that they won't always show up, but to ensure your main page continues to work properly when they do, you need to update your main page column formatting code with new column tags I have drafted a main page using the new tags on RuneScape Wiki/temp which I hope you can take a look at - feel free to edit it of course. The main change to the layout is the fixed width of the right column. This still allows a lot of customisation - for example see these main pages - w:c:muppet, w:c:wowwiki, w:c:ffxi. If you encounter any problems with the new tags, please let us know.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience these changes bring.
Thanks all, sannse<staff /> (talk) 19:11, 24 June 2008 (UTC)

The right column seems too large, as it squeezes the main left column making it too small (especially in 800x600 browsers.) I would suggest to reduce the width of the right column (i.e. current default width), AND put in a <br /> right after CTI Today to make it look better. Thanks!

The problem there is that the ad that goes in the right column is that width. So to stop the main page breaking when that's added, the column needs to be that size. It does look a bit strange when the resolution is so low that the left column is smaller than the right, but I think that's unavoidable. -- sannse<staff /> (talk) 11:52, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

I'm going to switch this tomorrow, unless anyone wants to make some last-minute changes? -- sannse<staff /> (talk) 18:41, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

And it's live! -- sannse<staff /> (talk) 21:15, 2 July 2008 (UTC)
