Forum:Interwiki links on Update pages
My edit on Update:Deep Sea Fishing - Royal Spades Pack - Feedback Buttons (to add an interwiki link) was reverted. I read RS:UPP and it says nothing about interwikis - it does not say that they shouldn't be included, and it does not say they should be.
Interwiki links to update pages exist in several of the older, pre-2006 updates that we began translating to the Portuguese wiki, and are a must for us to keep the to-do list organized. I don't see why they should be removed, as they do not clutter the article's mainspace nor compromise its verbatim status.
I'd like to request that the policies be updated to include a mention to interwikis - please let us keep them! And if you decide that they shouldn't be there, then i still think the policies need to be updated, in order to clearly state that.

Support - I think the reason why it was reverted was because it wasn't verbatim, however, I agree with your points that it doesn't clutter the page whatsoever and should be added when applicable. --03:59, March 10, 2018 (UTC)
Support - Agreed and well put. Neither cluttering nor compromising.06:32, March 10, 2018 (UTC)
Question - Those of ye whining that it shouldnae have been undone, why did ye nae just add it back in? The edit button's nae going to sear ye16:49, March 10, 2018 (UTC)
- I did not make this thread because of the edit revert, i made it so that the policies can get updated to a better standard. I hope i did not sound angry in my original post, that was not my intention. 21:38, March 10, 2018 (UTC)
