Forum:Change wiki worlds
Since World 40 has been switched to P2P, having our two wiki worlds as 39 and 40 no longer works. Thus, some change is needed. Our unofficial criteria have been to have two US (or RIS) servers, with the free server being one number higher than the members server, and to have both servers be able to use lootshare.
Here are the possibilities:
- 40 and 41 - perhaps this is the easiest, though it may lead to some initial confusion
- 46 and 47
- 92 and 93 - note that 92 is on RIS and is a Fist of Guthix server
- 28 and 29 - our old worlds which actually have a lower ping than our current one...

Common sense says that we can probably just have a vote... With the 4 options we have, that all meet the criteria, there really isnt that much to base your choice on... - [Pharos] 07:50, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
I've already created a thread there--Turok Obama 17:19, February 9, 2011 (UTC)
Support 28 - The others have the same (higher) ping.18:04, February 9, 2011 (UTC)
Comment - 28 is still a Poland world and 28/29 has a higher ping for me.20:51, February 9, 2011 (UTC)
- Oh. Well I suppose not, then. Support 40, 41. It's least confusing to simply move up 1 world. (davelopo) 20:55, February 9, 2011 (UTC)

40/41 - As the only F2P'ers who ever used W40 were Stelercus, Cook, and I, I see nothing wrong with doing this. I think it is really up to the members to get used to the change. It may be hard though, there are still some people who are committed to W28.18:42, February 12, 2011 (UTC)
Closed - Our official members world will be changed to world 40 and our Free-to-play world will be changed to world 41.07:32, March 10, 2011 (UTC)
