Flour is an item that can be found in the H.A.M. Hideout, in the south-west room. It cannot be picked up normally; attempting to do so will prompt the message "I can't pick it up! I need a pot to hold it in." Using an empty pot on the the flour will create a pot of flour, removing the flour from the table. It takes 30 seconds to respawn.
The item can only be taken as an item with Telekinetic Grab, and it will behave as a normal item. It has none of the same uses as a pot of flour, rendering it almost completely useless. If dropped, it will behave as it did before it was taken; i.e. it cannot be taken normally, can be telegrabbed, and can be placed inside a pot. Using a pot on the flour while it is in the inventory yields the message "Nothing interesting happens".
It was previously dropped exclusively by Black Knights, but was removed after the transition to RuneScape 2 and became discontinued. The item became obtainable again when upon the release of Player-owned Houses it was briefly added to the Teak larder due to an oversight. Following this, all existing heaps of flour were turned into pots of flour in June 2006. It was later added back for the third time as an item in the H.A.M. Hideout when it was updated with the release of RuneScape 3.
