The first floor keys are an item used in the quest Pieces of Hate. They can be found by investigating the bed on the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] of The Rock. If any of the beds cannot be investigated, then the poster next to the stairs on the ground floor^[UK]1^st floor^[US] needs to be searched.
