First Rule of Fight Caves is an achievement that requires the player to obtain all unique drops from the TzHaar Fight Cave and Fight Kiln. Completing this achievement grants the Kal-Haar-Xil title.

update 14 March 2022 (Update):
- Boss, Slayer, and Treasure Trail collection log achievements are no longer marked as 'hidden' in the Achievements interface.

Players who had already obtained all items when the feat was released completed the achievement after logging in for the first time after the update, as this feat exclusively requires untradeable items which are automatically counted upon logging in.
The title of the achievement is a reference to the movie Fight Club, in which it is stated that the first rule of Fight Club is to not talk about Fight Club.
As of 25 January 2018, 2,806 people had achieved this feat.^[1]
