Exsanguinate is a combat magic spell in the Ancient spellbook that requires a level 96 Magic to cast. The spell will cause fire damage to enemies when used.
When used with a magic ability, it adds a stack of the Blood Tithe effect to the caster, even if it misses. Channelled abilities can apply multiple stacks but others such as Wild Magic will only apply one. Runes for Exsanguinate are consumed for every stack of Blood Tithe applied until 12 stacks are reached. Every stack the player accumulates increases the player's damage from magic basic abilities by 1%, capping at 12 for a 12% increase. The Blood Tithe stacks do not increase auto attack damage. Once the player reaches 12 stacks, abilities used with Exsanguinate will no longer consume runes, and the ability Wrack will transform into Wrack and Ruin. If Wrack and Ruin is used, it will consume all of the Blood Tithe stacks then add 1 stack of Blood Tithe before the damage is applied to the target. The base damage of this spell is 921 and scales up to 950 at level 99.
The quest City of Senntisten must be completed to cast this spell.
