This article is about the craftable item. For the Treasure Hunter item, see Magic notepaper
Enchanted notepaper can be created using the Invention skill. They function in exactly the same manner as magic notepaper, but are not tradeable.
In order to be able to create these, players need 97 Invention and to have purchased the Notepaper Blueprints from Bryll Thoksdottir at Daemonheim from her shop for 200,000 Dungeoneering tokens. 100 enchanted notepaper can also be bought from the Marketplace for 500 oddments.
When an item from inventory is used on enchanted notepaper, it will instantly convert that item (and any identical items) into notes, thus allowing the items to stack. Doing so will consume 1 enchanted notepaper per item in the process. Additionally, attempting to use magic notepaper on an item with enchanted notepaper in your inventory will automatically use the enchanted notepaper instead.
The average price for making each enchanted notepaper is 2,367.95, while the tradeable version costs 491 per notepaper. These values were calculated using the portent of restoration VIII, which gives both magic parts and ethereal components, but one can use a cheaper option to reduce its costs.
