Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Dragonstone) is a spell that can be used to enchant dragonstone bolts into enchanted dragonstone bolts. Each cast can enchant up to 10 bolts. These enchanted bolts have a 5% chance of triggering the Dragon's breath effect, which hit the target a second time for 25% of your current attack as dragonfire.
The effect is blocked if the player's opponent is wearing an Anti-dragon shield, is a monster of a fiery element, or is a chromatic dragon.
Completing the elite Seers' Village achievements increases the chance to 7% that the special effect occurs.
