The electric eel is a quest item obtained during the quest Hunt for Red Raktuber. It is used as wires, which is lost when the toolbox is confiscated by Captain Marlin. This item can be found by searching the hat rack in the brig of the penguin submarine.

The eel is used to connect the red and green wires in the engine box.
