Elder Trove (Wen, T3) is obtained by killing glacytes or the Arch-Glacor, or from the water filtration system at Het's Oasis. It can be opened to receive items, after which it is destroyed.

Drop mechanics

The tier of troves and the rate at which they can be found at depends on the tier of Pontifex shadow ring worn.
