Civilians are located in the north-western area inside West Ardougne. The cat does not need to be sold to complete this achievement. Using a cat on the civilian will result in the cat being sold, while also completing the achievement. • An antique lamp granting 1,000 experience (in the skill of choice of level 25 or higher)
