Eagle lectern

An eagle lectern is built in the study of a player-owned house. Lecterns allow players to store spells in spell tablets for later use. When a tablet is broken, the spell is released as if the player had normally cast the spell, although the animation is different. Experience is given to the player who creates the tablet, not the player who breaks it.

Making tablets on an eagle lectern takes 5 ticks per tablet, 1 tick faster than an oak lectern.

  • ninja 1 March 2021 (Update):
    • Higher tier lecterns in the Player Owned House's study now increase the speed at which spell tablets are created.
      • The Ninjas have had a tinker with the higher tier lecterns, and creating Teleport tablets is now one server cycle faster for each tier of lectern. And you won't forget, because the Examine text has been updated to reflect this change.
