Dr. Cole appeared in the Falador cabbage patch as part of the 2020 April Fools event.

In exchange for a cabbage boson, he would give the player the choice of the ring of rares, ring of cabbage, The Cabbage Slayer title, or The Fool title. There is also a fifth reward, 120 Archaeology, however upon redeeming it, Dr. Cole states it is only for players with 99 Archaeology and that the offer has already expired.
