Double keys token can no longer be obtained in RuneScape after an update but still exists in-game for those who had done so.

Double keys tokens replaced double spin tickets upon the release of Treasure Hunter. Using it would grant 2 extra keys, much like the function of the double spin ticket. Unlike key tokens, the icon was not updated and is still the same as the double spin ticket.

This item is currently unobtainable. The only way one could have obtained it is by having had a double spins ticket in one's inventory at the time the Squeal of Fortune was replaced; any unredeemed double spin tickets in the inventory then became double keys tokens.
