The doctors' gown is an item used during the Biohazard quest. It can be found in the box on the north side of Nurse Sarah's house in West Ardougne, south-west of the altar.
Before many white-coloured items were introduced, the doctors' gown was a popular item as it resembles a white t-shirt. On female players it is a short t-shirt. Nurse Sarah is wearing a doctors' gown.
It offers no stat bonuses and is used only in the Biohazard quest and optionally in the Tail of Two Cats quest.
