Devotion Sprite only appears during events and may not be currently found in game.

Devotion Sprites are levitating, sprite-like creatures released alongside the 2017 Valentine's Day event. According to Wizard Deedit, they appear to be agitated, and seem to accompany the crashed devotion rocks with the purpose of protecting them.

Throughout the duration of the first part of the event event, players may interact with the Devotion Sprites and pacify them (using Hunter or Herblore techniques) for experience and reputation points for the event, consuming five devotion dust per action. A total of 16 sprites could be found around the crater. They could be interacted for either Hunter or Herblore experience, or one of these could be selected directly by right-clicking the sprites. An action was performed automatically every 3.6 seconds. At level 99 Hunter and Herblore, one action yielded 140.8 Hunter or 74.1 Herblore experience.

They could also be right-clicked to check the daily loved up level.
