Dagannoth ribs are an item on the Odd Old Man's wish list after the Rag and Bone Man quest. They are dropped by Dagannoths. After the miniquest is completed, players can no longer obtain this as a drop. The ribs must be put into a pot of vinegar and boiled to create polished dagannoth ribs before giving them to the Odd Old Man.
