Dagannoth Supreme, also known as the Akranoth dagnathi, is the ranged Dagannoth King found on Waterbirth Island. Together with Dagannoth Rex and Dagannoth Prime, he makes up the Dagannoth Kings boss encounter. He is completely immune to ranged and magic attacks. As with most Dagannoth, he is weak to Balmung and its enhanced variants, although he is slightly more resistant to it than the other dagannoth.

Dagannoth Supreme is the only drop source for the Archers' ring. Obtaining all unique drops from the Kings will unlock the [Name] Bukalla's Heir title.
