Crondite detail.png

Crondite is one of the Jewels of the Elid found in Menaphos. It can be found while mining mineral deposits in the Worker district or VIP skilling area. It is still obtainable while using a dwarven ramhammer. The chance is 1/3,000 per mining attempt.

Like all Jewels of the Elid, it can only be found after receiving the Menaphos Journal from Assistant Librarian Subotai. Collecting all 16 gems grants the Jewelled Scarab pet and completes the Rock and Roll achievement.

Hint given in the journal: Smuggled out by a trustworthy worker, but with the Pharaoh's eyes everywhere it's been hard to keep it a secret.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Crondite was formerly known as blue lace agate, introduced to the game on 10 October 2016, but was unused. It was re-purposed and renamed with the release of Menaphos.
  • The gem is named after Crondis, one of the minor gods of the Menaphite Pantheon.
