The cracked dolmen is a large rock from which charm sprites emerged. It is located south-west of the Tree Gnome Stronghold.
One evening, Edina was collecting neverberry leaves outside the stronghold when she heard the dolmen crack. Since then, charm sprites have settled in the nearby neverberry bushes. After the incident, she fled back to the stronghold to report her finding to the authorities, triggering an investigation and putting the militia onto full alert. As a result, Yaktwee Swinmari Cianta offered to lend a hand with the charm sprites.

- ^ Yaktwee Swinmari Cianta, RuneScape. "One evening, Edina, a local gnome gatherer, was out picking neverberry leaves. She heard a horrendous cracking sound come from the dolmen here. [...] right in front of her, she saw the bush move as if some dark and evil force was at work. [...] As she watched on in horror, the some of the leaves started to vanish."
- ^ Yaktwee Swinmari Cianta, RuneScape. "She fled for her life and reported the matter to the gnome authorities. An investigation took place immediately and the militia was put onto full alert. They patrolled the bushes but it didn't change a thing. More of the neverberry bushes started to shake. Spirit tree masters and local seers had no idea how to explain this strange mystery. Eventually, the dolmen itself was investigated and there was a small breakthrough. I was in the area at the time and offered to lend a hand."
