Corbicula rex is a tier 2 Big Game Hunter creature requiring level 90 Hunter and level 70 Slayer to catch. It is located south of the two overgrown idols in the eastern part of Anachronia. It is attracted by raw scimitops meat.

It has 90,000 life points and no set poison weakness. The weakness changes per instance.

Its meat is used to bait malletops.

Translated from Latin, its name means "little basket king"; however, it may be named in reference to the pollen basket found on bees, also referred to as a corbicula, due to it having a black and yellow bee-like colouration. Both the examine texts of its raw and cooked meat are also bee puns.
