Contagion is a Treasure Hunter promotion.
Mechanics[edit | edit source]
The usual Treasure Hunter chests are replaced by a single chest that still uses keys to open for prizes. Additionally, opening the chests fills the bars on the left and right of the interface.
The left bar increases the chances to replace the chest with a Plague Chest that has increased chances to obtain the promotional prizes. This bar starts with 0.1% progress, gains 0.05% progress for each regular chest opened, and resets whenever a promotional prize is obtained.
The right bar yields an extra progress reward for each 15 chests opened. The reward is shown on the top of the bar, and there is a chance for the reward to be pieces of Plague Doctor outfit (green). This bar starts with 0 progress, gains one point of progress for each chest opened, and resets whenever a progress reward is obtained.
