Cherrywood is a resource obtained in the player-owned port minigame. It can be obtained as a reward from voyages to The Scythe region. After the Scythe has been unlocked, Felix, the Black Marketeer, may offer cherrywood for sale at 600 gold per unit. Cherrywood is used for port and ship upgrades and is required to hire crew members from the Scythe region.

Players may also buy individual units in the form of ports cherrywood packs from Boni on Waiko after the miniquest Impressing the Locals. These cost 17 chimes each, but are the variant outside of the player-owned port.
