Cheesecake is a food that players can make with 32 Cooking and partial completion of Chef's Assistant. Like regular cake, it comes in 3 slices. With at least level 30 Constitution, each slice heals 250 life points and restore Prayer points equal to , up to 49 prayer points at 99 Prayer. A full cheesecake can heal 750 life points and restore 147 prayer. They can also boost a player's life points by 5% above the maximum, stacking multiplicatively with bonfire boosts. It is the only free-to-play food to boost life points above maximum.
There are six recipes for cheesecake, and all are prepared from a cake tin. Apart from the plain variety, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry cheesecake can be made by using vanilla, chocolate or strawberry cream cheese respectively, replacing the normal cream cheese. Lemon and bacon cheesecake can be made by adding a whole lemon or a piece of bacon, alongside the normal cream cheese (must be included in the cooking process; they cannot be added to a completed cheesecake). The Cooking level required and life and prayer points restored increase across the six types.

- While the tooltip says it restores 49 prayer points at 99 Prayer, it is actually 49.5; the prayer restored for each slice alternates between 49 and 50.
